Delivery & Returns
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information will be updated within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days
Orders over $150 qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition — perfect for everyday wear or gifting.
Combined Shipping
To deliver your order as quickly as possible:
- Your order may arrive in separate packages.
- You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
- There is no additional cost for split shipments.
Delivery
Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery destination and the total order amount. The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Returns
Some items may be eligible for return, while others may be marked as final sale or otherwise non-returnable.
For eligible items, we accept returns when all of the following conditions are met:
- The return is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Original tags are still attached and preserved.
- The item is in the same condition as delivered — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
Please note that this is our general return policy. If a product page, promotion, or other written notice states different return conditions, those specific conditions will apply.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the applicable conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Victoria Kids Wear is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
